• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Not share your account or credentials
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
• Not use the Service to send spam or harmful content

4. Subscription and Payments

• Payment – Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

All payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

• We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in your emails or briefs, and we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
